Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana
The Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana is a 3-year family medicine program sponsored by the University of Montana and affiliated with the University of Washington Family Medicine Residency Network. FMRWM is committed to provide superior, comprehensive education in family medicine and developing family physicians who are compassionate, clinically competent, and motivated to serve patients and communities in the rural and underserved areas of Montana. The Greater Valley Health Center gets the opportunity to host six family medicine residents during their second and third years of residency.

Gateway Community Services
Gateway Community Services is a nonprofit organization providing outpatient addiction services. The Greater Valley Health Center partners with Gateway to provide outpatient substance use treatment at the Greater Valley Health Center – Addiction Services location at 1312 North Meridian, Kalispell.
Intermountain is a nationally recognized nonprofit providing hope and healing to children, youth, and families in need of improved mental and behavioral health. The Greater Valley Health Center partners with Intermountain to provide outpatient behavioral health services in the school based health centers and has an Intermountain therapist at the main location in Kalispell providing outpatient therapy to children and their families.
